Change of plans

With the pubs and restaurants reopening, I have decided to take a short break from my kitchen venture and reevaluate what you may be looking for in the new normal. I have therefore suspended my deliveries whilst we all settle into a new lifestyle and I shall return with a variation of the service I was providing before.

There are some freezer dishes still available for purchase, which are listed below. Please get in contact if you would like any of these or you think I can help you in the future.

A bit about me

I have had the pleasure of cooking great food within some of the most prestigious properties in the area culminating in my appointment as Executive Chef for the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2016. I also owned two local restaurants for a total of 8 years and have held both 2 and 3 Rosettes for my food awarded by the AA.

I moved to the area at the age of 19 having studied at the College of Food in Birmingham and married Gail, a local girl from Alcester, in 1996. We have 2 children and have lived in Bidford on Avon for almost 25 years. My passion is for great food and nothing pleases me more than seeing friends and customers savouring every mouthful.
